Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to support sales operations, documentation, and customer coordination for our real estate projects in Phnom Penh. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working with teams and keeping processes accurate and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and related documents accurately and on time.
● Maintain customer and sales records in the system and ensure data is up to date.
● Coordinate with sales, finance, and other teams on customer transactions and follow-ups.
● Monitor payment schedules and assist in collecting required documents from customers.
● Prepare sales reports and performance data for management review.
● Support customers with administrative inquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
● File and organize sales documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and easy retrieval.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

● Able to work effectively with internal teams and support customer needs.
