Key Responsibilities
● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership performance.
● Support showroom and roadshow sales activities with professionalism.
● Greet, assist, and follow up with walk-in customers and prospects.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
● Display vehicles at showroom events and roadshows as needed.
● Support vehicle delivery coordination and daily sales operations.
● Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
● Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

● Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales is preferred.
● Good computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Internet, and Email.
● Strong customer service and communication skills.
● Willing to travel and perform field work when required.
● Patient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
● Able to work shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
