• Promote and present company real estate projects to customers.
• Identify potential customers through walk-in, online inquiry, referral, and networking.
• Generate sales leads and develop customer database.
• Explain project details, facilities, location advantages, and payment plans during site tours.
• Prepare site visit reports and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
• Conduct market survey and monitor competitors’ activities.
2. Customer Follow-Up & Sales Closing
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, Telegram, Facebook, and other social media channel
• Provide accurate project information, pricing, promotion, and payment terms.
• Maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Support customers until successful sales completion and property handover.
3. Social Media & Sales Content Support
• Create simple sales content, captions, photos, videos, and posting materials for Individual Sales Pages.
• Support Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and other social media platforms for project promotion.
• Respond to customer inquiries from social media channels in a professional manner.
4. Other Duties
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain proper customer records and sales documentation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Attend internal training, meetings, and coaching sessions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
