Job Summary
Experienced Sales Manager to lead vegetable sales growth in Phnom Penh. You will drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead daily sales operations and set clear targets to grow vegetable sales across assigned markets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and key clients.
● Identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close contracts to meet revenue goals.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape effective sales plans.
● Coach, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and customer service.
● Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management review and decision-making.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in sales management, preferably in fresh produce or fast-moving goods.
● Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer demand to support planning.
● Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare clear reports and presentations.
● Willing to work in Phnom Penh, Chrouy Changva, and handle field-based client visits.
● Good command of English; Khmer is an advantage.
