• Assist direct manager to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Expand sales the market order increase customer as well continue expansion among exist clients
• Execute the sales strategies to achieve the financial targets
• Build, develop and implement the sales pipeline
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Other tasks will assign by direct manager.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law and other relevant fields
• Proven 5- or 8-years experiences as a sales manager or relevant role in real estate industry
• Be able to communicate in English, Chinese is plus advantage
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Confident strong communication presentation skills
• Ability negotiates close commercial deal
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
