  • Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, implementing effective strategies to drive performance.
  • Represent the brand and ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's values and professional standards.
  • Oversee the presentation and maintenance of the showroom, ensuring the space is welcoming and well-organized for customers.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase foot traffic and engage potential buyers through marketing and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, provide training to staff, and ensure the team is well-equipped to close deals.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock of vehicles and accessories for efficient sales processes.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback, preparing reports to upper management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and business partners, ensuring long-term success and customer retention.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including those related to financial management, sales processes, and customer service.

  • Fluency in Khmer is essential; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or related sectors, with a strong understanding of B2C sales processes.
  • Proven experience in management, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to meet performance goals.
  • Strong understanding of showroom or retail operations, including inventory management and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset, capable of analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various operational aspects of the branch efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
