  • មានភាពរួសរាយរាក់ទាក់ និងមានសេវាកម្មអតិថិជនល្អ។
  • មានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការចរចា និងបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលអតិថិជន។
  • មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ ទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងមានវិន័យការងារ។
  • មានឆន្ទៈរៀនសូត្រ និងអភិវឌ្ឍខ្លួន។
