3. Customer Service
Ensure customers receive accurate product and nutrition consultation.
Resolve customer complaints and in-store issues promptly.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards.

High school required.
Minimum 1 years of working experience in a retail store (FMCG preferred) / Fashion store / Restaurant.
Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced retail operations.
Communicating in English.
