  • Design, deploy, and optimize cloud, hybrid infrastructure, data center, and enterprise networking solutions that align with customer and business requirements.
  • Lead technical solution design activities, including architecture reviews, proof-of-concept (POC) development, and customer workshops.
  • Provide advanced technical expertise and guidance to internal teams throughout project implementation and service delivery.
  • Ensure infrastructure solutions adhere to security, compliance, governance, and operational best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while coordinating effectively with vendors, partners, and OEMs.
  • Drive automation, infrastructure modernization, and cost-optimization initiatives to improve service efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation standards, and operational procedures to support scalable service delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud and Infrastructure engineering within a System Integrator (SI), Managed Services, or Enterprise IT environment.
  • Professional certifications in at least two major cloud platforms, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, data center technologies, enterprise networking, SD-WAN, Managed Wi-Fi, and monitoring solutions.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
