Job Summary
Senior Finance Executive for a real estate development company in Phnom Penh. This role supports financial reporting, cash flow control, project tracking, and compliance while partnering with management to guide sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
● Monitor cash flow, project expenditures, and overall financial performance.
● Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
● Support property sales transactions, collections, and payment tracking.
● Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and key external stakeholders.
● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
● Assist management with financial analysis, insights, and decision-making.
● Supervise and support junior finance team members.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 4–6 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
● Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow management.
● Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
● Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
