Design and lead World Pop Travel and Tour Group Co., Ltd. end-to-end execution of the following programs to
ensure the organization’s requirements and expectations are met Artwork Designs

JOB SCOPE

• Design and develop graphics, layouts, and visual content for digital and print materials including social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, promotional advertising materials, and presentations
• Lead the conceptualization, filming, and editing of promotional videos, advertisements, social media content, corporate videos, and event coverage
• Oversee all stages of video production—from storyboarding and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery
• Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team and cross-functional departments to develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand identity
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior team to support their growth and maintain task consistency
• Maintain and ensure all photography and videography equipment is in proper working condition
• Maintain and organize a digital asset library for design/video files and brand resources
• Assist in photography, video shoots, and editing when required
• Stay updated with current design/video trends and software improvements
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the supervisor
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• MS Office and Software
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign) Sketch Up,
• Adobe Premier Pro, and Adobe After Effect or related field is a plus.
