Procurement Management
- Handle procurement activities from purchase requests (PR) to purchase orders (PO).
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular supplier reviews.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key suppliers.
- Identify alternative suppliers to reduce procurement risks and costs.
Purchasing & Cost Control
- Review PRs and ensure purchasing requests are complete and properly approved.
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure goods/services are delivered according to requirements.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and negotiate the best value for the company.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with approved budgets and company policies.
Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate with requesting departments, suppliers, warehouse, finance, and other relevant teams.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and delivery schedules.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality, quantity, or incorrect items.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper procurement records, quotations, comparison sheets, POs, and supplier documents.
- Prepare procurement reports and purchasing status updates for management.
- Ensure procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
Team Support & Improvement
- Guide and support junior procurement staff in daily procurement activities.
- Review procurement processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and internal controls.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in property development, construction, or a related industry.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of procurement processes, PR/PO, quotation comparison, and supplier evaluation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple purchases, and meet deadlines.
