  • Plan, schedule, and monitor transportation routes and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, sales, operations) to align transport plans with business needs.
  • Liaise with transport service providers to ensure performance and service level agreements are met.
  • Monitor fleet operations and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition (maintenance, registration, insurance).
  • Optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and improve delivery times.
  • Resolve transport-related issues such as delays, damages, or customer complaints.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations (e.g., driver hours, vehicle loading limits).
  • Train and supervise junior transport staff or drivers if applicable.
  • Contribute to cost control and budget adherence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
  • Proven experience with fleet management and route optimization.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of transport management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking tools.
  • Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and relevant logistics software.
