An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop and manage the product roadmap, service features, pricing models, and packaging strategies for EzeCloud and Data Center services.
Enhance and expand cloud and data center offerings, including Colocation, Rack Space, Dedicated Hosting, Private Cloud, and Hybrid Cloud solutions.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive gaps to create differentiated service offerings.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, benchmarking, and pricing assessments to support product growth strategies.
Define compelling product positioning, value propositions, and customer messaging.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, NOC, and Data Center teams to ensure service readiness, quality, and operational excellence.
Support strategic enterprise opportunities by providing product expertise and solution recommendations.
Develop hybrid cloud strategies leveraging EzeCloud capabilities and public cloud partnerships.
Coordinate service provisioning processes and ensure operational readiness for new product launches.
Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and commercial success.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Cloud Services, Data Center Services, or Enterprise ICT Solutions.
Experience in Cloud, Colocation, Hosting, Infrastructure, or Managed Services environments is highly preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise customers and ICT solution sales initiatives is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Cloud Computing, Data Center Services, Colocation, Hosting, and Hybrid Cloud solutions.
Proven product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management experience.
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and pricing strategies.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer and business value propositions.
Knowledge of enterprise ICT solutions and cloud market trends.
