• Conduct end-to-end credit evaluation and review of corporate loan applications, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and site visits
• Prepare high-quality credit assessment papers with clear, well-structured recommendations for Management approval within established turnaround time
• Ensure all credit activities are in strict adherence to Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide constructive challenge and advisory support to Branch Managers and Credit Officers on lending decisions and structures
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of credit policies, guidelines, and frameworks in response to market and industry trends
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of credit processes, enhancing credit quality and turnaround efficiency
• Perform portfolio monitoring and reporting, including preparation of internal and regulatory credit reports
• Deliver credit training, workshops, and guidance to sales and credit teams to strengthen credit capabilities across the Bank
• Lead or supervise a small team of credit specialists, providing direction, coaching, and oversight on assigned tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CCP, Moody’s, Omega, PCC, CFA, CPA) are an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate credit assessment within a bank or financial institution (mandatory)
(Candidates with broader experience may be considered for Senior Manager level)
• Strong exposure to end-to-end lending processes, including credit evaluation, review, and approval workflows
• Solid understanding of loan products, corporate banking practices, and market dynamics
• Strong capability in financial analysis, client and credit profiling, and risk identification
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and insightful credit papers
• Sound analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when necessary
• Prior experience in team supervision or mentoring is an advantage (especially for Unit Head level)
