Overseeing Outbound Shipments: Supervising the process of picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that products are available for shipment and managing stock rotation
Quality Control: Ensuring that all outbound shipments meet quality standards and customer requirements
Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in outbound processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency
Customer Communication: Coordinating with customer service and logistics teams to address any issues related to outbound shipments
Reporting: Generating reports on outbound activities, including shipment accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and team performance
To incident and complains; including vehicle accident, transportation service complaint
To prepare managerial report
To arrange appropriate workface
To comply with the SOP
To archive and improve internal KPI /SLA

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

2 years’ experience of Warehouse Management. CG, F&B
Knowledge of inventory management systems. Ex: SAP or others
Computer’s program : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Good command of both written & spoken English
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
