  • ការពិពណ៌នាការងារ (JD):

    • ត្រួតពិនិត្យគុណភាពវត្ថុធាតុដើមមុនពេលយកទៅផលិត និងពិនិត្យផលិតផលសម្រេច។

    • តាមដានដំណើរការផលិតដើម្បីធានាថាបានអនុវត្តតាមស្តង់ដារសុវត្ថិភាព និងអនាម័យ។

    • ធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ករណីជួបប្រទះផលិតផលមិនគ្រប់ស្តង់ដារ (Defects) ទៅកាន់ប្រធានផ្នែក។

  • សញ្ញាបត្របរិញ្ញាបត្រ ឬបច្ចេកទេសផ្នែកវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រចំណីអាហារ (Food Science), គីមីវិទ្យា ឬផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

  • បើមានបទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការងារផ្នែក QC ក្នុងរោងចក្រអាហារកាន់តែល្អ។

  • មានការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់និងច្បាស់លាស់។
