Job Summary Acteus (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Executive in Phnom Penh. This role supports sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination, and smooth supply chain operations in a fast-paced trading and distribution environment. Key Responsibilities ● Assist with sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations ● Understand customer needs and requirements ● Support purchase order processing and follow up on deliveries ● Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams on stock needs ● Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing, and supplier data ● Check order status, resolve basic issues, and escalate delays when needed ● Help ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing aligned with company needs
