All Amret MFI Jobs
Conduct preliminary audit analyses of MIS by identifying the risks per macro process to make sure risks are taken into consideration and identified and audit activities meet the scope and objectives; Execute the audit program for assigned MIS audit missions by selecting the right transactions and activities and other macro processes under support from manager or supervisor to ensure the audit mission is cost effective and the risks of internal control implementation and design are properly identified and confirmed; Perform IT audit testing to evaluate the quality of internal control implementation and design by relevant departments; Follow up, during the audit mission, previous audit recommendations to assess whether all recommendations have been actioned by the responsible auditees and to classify the status of each recommendation; Review audit working paper and evidence for assigned IT audit missions to ensure the completeness of audit findings and identification of root causes, implications and recommendations; Collect relevant and sufficient audit evidence on a specific macro process under the supervision of the supervisor in order to rate the quality of internal control for that process; Prepare draft audit report on the assigned missions and participate in presentation to heads of auditees in order to make sure they are well informed about detailed audit findings and recommendations; Prepare working paper with the findings (issues/results) relating to assigned tasks, root causes, implication and recommendations, and submit to team leader or supervisor to ensure the completeness of audit documentations; Ensure completeness of audit documentation of all audit missions and properly store in IA repository.

- Implement the branch efficiency projects (counter staff productivities, branch model etc.) ; - Evaluate and reinforce productivity of counter staffs regularly to make sure that branch can achieve the maximum efficiency; - Re-organize the branch structure by clearly defining roles and responsibilities for counter staff; - Keep monitor the headcount of counter staff; - Review and improve existing processes/rules related to branch organization (document management, counter staff delegation rule, etc.); - Conduct evaluations on the implementation of branch procedures and guidelines, and propose necessary improvements.

To supervise team members in gathering both financial and non-financial data for reporting purposes; To prepare reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness before managerial review; To prepare NBC reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with the NBC regulations and guidelines; To update NBC reports/other reports following the update regulations, guidelines or new requirements; To train/coach other relevant team members on reporting process and relevant report guidelines; To implement Amret’s high-performance culture and robust risk and control culture to achieving high quality result as well as managing risks.

The gather/prepare financial and non-financial data for preparing reports; Draft/prepare reports to relevant stakeholders for review by the Supervisor; Prepare NBC reports for submission to the NBC; To update NBC reports/other reports following the update regulations, guidelines or new requirements; Train/coach other relevant team members on report preparation process and relevant report guidelines; Implement Amret’s high performance culture and robust risk and control culture to achieving high quality result as well as managing risks.
