Its full time job in both office as well as meeting with customers. Very innovative with modern CMS database system to communicate between customers and our suppliers. 8 to 6 daily from Monday to Friday with half on Saturday.

Key Responsibilities Daily Operations: Manage reservations, ticketing, travel coordination, and customer service. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage travel agents and operational staff; handle escalated issues. Supplier & Vendor Management: Build relationships, negotiate rates (hotels, airlines, car rentals), and manage contracts. Product Development: Create competitive travel packages and unique offerings. Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, implement new technologies (booking tools), and ensure quality control. Customer Experience: Monitor and enhance client satisfaction, addressing feedback and complaints. Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze data on spend/efficiency, and report to leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Inputting supplier info (hotels, cars, tours), contracts, promotions, and client details into the travel management system. Accounting: Handling accounts payable (paying suppliers) and accounts receivable (client payments/commissions). System Management: Maintaining databases, ensuring data is current, and supporting users.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements. Sell travel products and services including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance. Provide expert travel advice and suggest suitable travel packages. Handle booking processes and ensure accurate reservations. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities. Maintain detailed and accurate records of bookings and customer interactions. Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.
