 Lead and motivate the sales team by setting clear expectations and helping each member achieve their individual and collective goals.  Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.  Supervisors will monitor sales metrics and performance against targets.  Analyze sales data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.  Give regular feedback to team members, coaching them on effectively handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and successfully closing sales.  Oversee the scheduling of calls and appointments to ensure proper coverage of all necessary outlets and adherence to the call plan.  Facilitate the resolution of any customer issues that arise, ensuring the team addresses problems quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.  Prepare and analyze reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.  Act as a liaison between upper management and the sales team, communicating company policies, new product launches, and marketing strategies.  Ensure that team members have the necessary resources, tools, and information to perform their duties effectively.  Gather and relay important market insights and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
 Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and increase market share within the area.  Leading and managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations.  Setting sales targets for the team and ensuring they are met or exceeded through effective planning and execution.  Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.  Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights into performance and future strategies.  Working closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.  Conducting training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.  Managing the sales budget for the area, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures.  Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales representatives and tracking their performance regularly.  Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and at industry events to promote products and services.  Engaging in negotiations with clients to close deals, ensuring beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.  Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings and develop industry connections.  Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.  Keeping an eye on competitors' activities and strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
 Follow a well-structured call plan to maximize outreach.  Drive sales growth by leveraging existing outlets and actively pursuing new opportunities, including the promotion of exciting new products (SKUs).  Deliver competitive pricing and attractive promotions to customers at all outlets, adhering strictly to company guidelines.  Proactively assist customers with their purchases, ensuring order accuracy and product availability for optimal satisfaction.  Efficiently resolve any customer issues to maintain strong relationships.  Meet and exceed monthly sales volume and outlet coverage targets, showcasing your effectiveness.  Stay informed about market trends, customer feedback, and competitors' activities to adapt strategies accordingly.  Ensure that all products are readily available and prominently displayed for maximum visibility.  Execute impactful marketing activities, such as strategic POSM placement and engaging product displays.  Monitor accounts receivable closely and ensure timely payment collection (Pre-Sales) for sustained profitability.  Consistently prepare comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track progress and achievements
