Planning and preparing courses and lessons; Analyzing student’s aptitude and teaching in accordance with the educational needs of students by assuring lessons are effectively delivered and timely finished; Assisting the students by writing student reports; Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students; Communicating and consulting with the parents of students; Maintaining good order and discipline among students in accordance with school policies; Participating, if required, in planning staff development and performance review; Performing other relevant and assigned teacher related tasks

Conduct class management effectively Follow the school curriculum and school disciplinary procedure Assess students ‘progress Creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment Evaluate and grade students ‘class work, assignments, and papers Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions Prepare and maintain student attendance records, exams, quizzes, homework, grades, and other required records, Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues Supervise students’ laboratory and fieldwork Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching and research issues Organize learning material and resources Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities, etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information Assess students ‘performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on a regular basis Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing Cooperate with administration staff Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations Supervising children during snack time and outdoor play Participate in school and community events
