Cambodia Airports
Under a public-private partnership signed with the Royal Government of Cambodia in 1995, Cambodia Airports holds the concession for the development and management of Cambodia’s network of international airports serving the capital city of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap (until October 15, 2023), home to the UNESCO World Heritage Angkor Archaeological Complex, and the port city and beach resort of Sihanoukville. The shareholders of Cambodia Airports are France’s VINCI Airports (70%) and Muhibbah Masteron Cambodia (30%), a Malaysian-Cambodian joint venture. In 2019, all 3 airports handled 11.6 million passengers, served 600 destinations and welcomed 53 airlines. Key drivers for Cambodia’s economy and profile, the airports contributed in 2015 to 17% of the country’s total GDP. More than 1.7 million jobs, representing 20% of the country’s working population, were related to their activities.

Lead Handling Agents (HA) Team to performs well loading and unloading. Oversea HA team when handle the import & export cargo at each workstation (import or export). Checking and verifying Cargo Handling process to ensure running smoothly. Dealing with customers/ authority in a good courtesy. Working on the shift rotation.
Mainly Responsibilities: - Financial Planning : Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance reports to support decision making. Support strategic initiatives, projects, and investment decisions through financial planning and analysis. Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and short-term investments. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, and oversee financing arrangements. Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvements in planning, forecasting, reporting, and treasury processes. - Financial Analysis : Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities. Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance. Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including cash flow, credit, interest rate, and foreign exchange exposures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster high performance and continuous growth.
Tracking of the employee attendance and update into the resource management system; Arranging and preparing daily/weekly resource allocation by referring to workload and flight schedule; Following up with outsourcing headcount and update to management if any uncommon; Facilitating and arrange our resource to participate in training program; Liaising with concerned authorities for speedy process clearance and stock inventories; Supervising subordinates and outsourcing team to respect a high standard of service and be responsible to general function of office work, administration and customer services; Ensuring that subordinates always fully operated and maintained equipment properly and complied with safety rules and regulations; Reporting all irregular cases to immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken; Working on the shift rotation.
Leading procurement and contract management. Ensuring supplier performance and strategic relationships to enhance airport efficiency, service quality, and accountability in third-party services. Managing end-to-end procurement for key services, including market research, tendering, and contract award. Identifying and maintaining qualified providers, preparing contract frameworks and tender documents, and defining performance requirements, KPIs, and SLAs. Providing data-driven recommendations, evaluating proposals for value and risk, and leading negotiations to protect the airport interests. Building and managing the supplier relationships as the main OPD contact and ensuring the clear communication and performance alignment. Overseeing contract administration to ensure compliance, maintaining a central repository of documents, and advising stakeholders on contract terms and performance metrics. Identifying and reporting the risks and opportunities to optimize cost, value, and performance throughout the contract lifecycle. Liaising with Finance, Legal, and Operational departments to align procurement with operational goals, and providing insights into costs and performance.
Receive, review, and follow up on invoices and employee claims with supporting documents; Record invoices in Sage system according to the correct cost centers, match invoices with Purchase Orders (PO); Prepare and process supplier payments through cheques or bank transfers, and ensure timely payment completion; Verify and process employee reimbursements and claims through cheques or i-Banking; Reconcile vendor accounts, monthly statements, and aging reports; Manage and monitor suspense accounts, advances, and prepayments; Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting; Maintain proper filing of payment vouchers and accounting documents in both soft and hard copies; Keep and organize tax invoices, customs receipts, tax returns, and other compliance-related documents; Prepare tax returns, e-filing, tax payments, and submit required documents to authorities on time; Research tax issues, provide recommendations, and support tax compliance matters; Maintain and update the company’s tax database and records; Ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements from local authorities and ministries; Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by the supervisor.
The Route Development Analyst supports the airport’s growth and network by analyzing market trends, developing forecasts, and providing data-driven insights. This role helps identify new route opportunities, improve current services, and support partnerships with airlines through strong analytical and business understanding. *Responsibilities: - Route Development & Market Analysis : Identify new route opportunities through passenger, traffic, and airline performance analysis Monitor aviation trends and evaluate route viability using industry data Prepare business cases, proposals, and support airline negotiations Support cargo development by identifying freight opportunities and engaging stakeholders - Data Analysis & Forecasting : Analyze passenger, cargo, and airport data to generate insights Build forecasting models for demand, revenue, and capacity trends Create dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) Develop KPIs to monitor route performance and post-launch results - Stakeholder Support : Collaborate with internal teams on strategic airport initiatives Provide analytical insights to stakeholders (government, tourism, partners) Present clear data insights to senior management - Reporting : Produce regular traffic reports and market intelligence updates Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity
Performing regular inspection, maintenance and repairs of building structures, Plumbing system and related facilities. Maintain, repair of HVAC, water supply, drainage systems, valves, pumps, and sanitary fixtures. Carry out preventive/corrective maintenance work according to the maintenance schedule. Coordinating with other maintenance teams or subcontractors when necessary. Complying with rules and recommendations of Maintenance Safety Manual and Respecting all safety rules. Working on the shift rotation.
Supervising Team Leader (TL), Handling Agents (HA) Team, Customer Service Agent and outsourcing team and ensuring a high standard of service is well maintained and accomplished on daily tasks with a timely & effective manner and be responsible to general function of office work, administration and customer services; Ensuring that subordinates always fully operated and maintained equipment properly and complied with safety rules and regulations; Reporting all irregular cases to immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken; In charging of import, export and document counter when is on duty; Working on the shift rotation.
Collect, analyze and interpret data related to the airports activities; Identify opportunities and risks, across airlines and markets and recommend priorities; Build accurate forecasts, identify development options to improve insight and lead market research effort; Drive optimization of non-aero revenue through analysis and present recommendations to improve category mix and performance management; Build models to identify proactive indicators on market and business trends; Interface with all levels of the organization to build and present recommendations; Develop and continuously improve Pitch Packs and other customer documentation tailored to individual airlines or partners using a range of media; Design and deliver presentations to existing airlines focused on Cambodia and identified opportunities to drive traffic measured by professional and timely presentations ready for all airline engagement; Support Commercial team in negotiations.
