1. New Product Development & Launch Co-manage the development and launch of new products aligned with the product roadmap. Set and track project milestones with timely updates to the manager. Escalate potential project risks and revisions. Document project management activities and key considerations for stakeholders. Collaborate with Marketing and Distribution teams to execute product-related campaigns. Provide post-launch tracking and escalate key risks and observations. Coordinate and file product submission to relevant authorities. 2. Product Enhancements Identify product gaps and propose enhancements to improve competitiveness and customer value. Manage the development and maintenance of product implementation plans. Manage implementation progress including pricing, UAT, and sales illustration. Escalate issues during product implementation. Support distribution training for pre/post launch. Prepare internal and external product documentation and materials. 3. Product Strategy Contribute to the development of near and medium-term product roadmap. Assess market trends and provide insights on existing and upcoming products. Identify product opportunities and gaps with timely escalation to the manager. 4. Product Development Platform Facilitate Product Committee meetings and manage working groups. Prepare and host meeting materials and logistics. Support execution of strategic decisions within product design and development. Escalate project risks to Manager and Product Committee members. 5. Personal and Professional Development Improve technical and professional skills through training and conferences, such as LOMA and other life insurance certifications. 6. Others Involved in strategic projects as required.
Lead the setup and execution of regular reserve and solvency calculations for both regulatory and group reporting. Develop and maintain actuarial models for valuation, business planning, and ad-hoc financial projections; ensure new product models are correctly integrated into Prophet. Conduct annual experience studies and prepare regulatory reports, including actuarial opinion reports. Perform actuarial investigations, such as persistency analysis and other relevant studies. Support the development, testing, and go-live readiness of IFRS 17 implementation, including parallel runs. Provide technical support on actuarial and product-related matters across departments. Foster a strong learning culture by encouraging actuarial study and exam-taking, while actively building technical competency within the local actuarial team. Participate in other tasks or projects as assigned by management from time to time.

Approach potential customers from the customer contact list and referrals provided by a distribution bank partner. Present and provide consultation with regards to the life insurance products to all prospected customers and then sell the products as per customer needs. Maintain a professional approach to all business dealings. Build new relationship and strengthen existing clients. Build positive relationships with customers based on service, integrity and trust. Assist the customers by providing them after sales service and information as and when required. Build good relationship with bank employees. Support the company in all promotional activities. Perform other tasks assigned by manager. INTERNAL INTERFACE: Reports directly to Bancassurance Business Manager or such other person as the Company may direct from time to time. Working closely with other team members and Regional Head Office. Coordination and communication with other departments and regulators.
The IT Senior Officer – DevOps is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DevOps pipelines, infrastructure automation, CI/CD workflows, and cloud/on-premise environments. This role ensures seamless collaboration between development and operations teams, optimizing software delivery and system reliability. DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployment. Manage version control systems such as Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket for efficient source code management. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Ensure automated testing and security scanning are integrated into the CI/CD workflow. Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure) and hybrid cloud setups. Monitor and optimize cloud and on-premise resources for performance and cost efficiency. Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for critical systems. Automation & Monitoring: Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. Set up system monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Zabbix or Splunk. Implement security best practices and compliance standards in DevOps workflows. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and security teams to streamline operations. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, infrastructure, and performance issues. Provide documentation and training for DevOps tools and processes.
