Job Summary Dynamic sales leader to drive growth for Ganzberg Snow in Phnom Penh, building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and supporting the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Key Responsibilities ● Support the sales strategy to grow revenue, market share, and brand presence across key channels. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business clients. ● Identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide sales actions. ● Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. ● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. ● Coach and support sales staff to improve productivity, service quality, and team performance.
Support and manage overseas sales activities for company products. Communicate with international customers and distributors. Find new overseas business opportunities and customers. Prepare sales documents, quotations, and reports. Coordinate with logistics and related departments for shipment delivery. Follow up customer orders and provide customer support. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Support overseas marketing and promotion activities.
