ABOUT GIBBLE (CAMBODIA) Gibble (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is a Phnom Penh technology company working with Cambodia's technical and vocational education sector. We help TVET institutes, polytechnics and Provincial Training Centres move their teaching, assessment and student records onto a modern Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Management System (SMS). We are hiring THREE IT Trainers to help us do it. Immediate start. THE ROLE You will be trained on the Gibble LMS and SMS until you know them properly. Then you will go into TVET institutes and teach the people there how to use them: teachers, administrators and students. This is hands-on work. You will be in classrooms and computer labs, standing at the front, showing people who have never used an LMS how to build a course, mark a roll, record an assessment and pull a report. Some of them will be nervous about the technology. Your job is to leave them confident. No previous LMS experience is required. We will train you. What you bring is an IT background and the ability to explain things clearly and patiently. WHAT YOU WILL DO Learn the system Complete our training programme on the Gibble Learning Management System and Student Management System, delivered in Phnom Penh and online. Practise until you can demonstrate every core function without notes. Train teachers and administrators Deliver group training sessions at TVET institutes on how to build and run courses in the LMS. Train administrators on student enrolment, attendance, assessment records and reporting. Run student orientation sessions so learners can access their courses and submit work. Adapt how you explain things depending on the room. Support the rollout Help institutes set up their courses, users and data when the system first goes live. Answer questions by phone and email after training is finished. Report problems, bugs and confusing parts of the system back to our team so they get fixed. Keep clear records of which institutes have been trained and what still needs doing. Build our training materials Create and improve Khmer-language training guides, handouts and short how-to videos. Update materials as the system changes. WHERE YOU WILL WORK For the first six months you will be based in Phnom Penh, working with institutes in and around the city while you build your skills and confidence. After that, the role involves travel across Cambodia to TVET institutes and Provincial Training Centres in other provinces. Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the company. Please only apply if you are genuinely willing to travel nationally after the first six months. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for three people who are good with technology and good with people. Both matter equally here. The right person is patient. They do not make anyone feel stupid for asking a basic question. They prepare before a session rather than improvising. They notice when someone in the back row is lost and stop to help. Fresh IT graduates are very welcome to apply. If you do not have a degree but you have solid practical IT experience, apply anyway and tell us what you have worked on. WHAT WE OFFER Salary of USD 500 per month. Full paid training on the Gibble LMS and SMS. You do not need to know it already. Travel and accommodation covered when working outside Phnom Penh. NSSF, paid annual leave and public holidays in accordance with Cambodian Labour Law. Real experience in education technology, a growing sector in Cambodia. Work that visibly improves how Cambodian students are taught. Please note the salary before applying. USD 500 per month is the rate for this position. HOW TO APPLY Apply through JobNet with your CV.
