General Summary: This position is responsible for inspection of high quality vehicles, defect data collection and analysis, including root cause investigation and countermeasures implementation, hand-in hand with assembly line Team Leader. Essential Job Functions: Check, record and report all end of line defects. Provide feedback to responsible team on each single critical or repetitive significant defect detected. Patrol the line, if required, to collect defect data on other vehicles (batch audit). Record patrol data. Assimilate and investigate defect information as needed. Assist Team Leader in defect root cause investigation and countermeasure development/implementation. Continuously work with Team Leader on Kaizen activities to prevent defect recurrence. Initiate or revise inspection standards as needed.

I. General Summary: Primary job focus is to operate equipment and tools, assemble vehicles and perform quality checks. The operator is responsible for supporting the company’s mission statement and overall business objectives by living the quality philosophy, following the environmental policy, and actively working to improve production results. II. Essential Job Functions: Follow standard work procedures. Body repair (Remove broken components of vehicles and consult with other members of team to determine whether something can be fixed or if it needs to be completely replaced) Polishing and OBD Scanner A/C air condition repair (checking and fixing various parts of the AC system) Gas refill and wheel alignment Equipment Maintenance (Maintenance activities performed to keep their equipment in proper working order) Plastic Welding and vehicle drive tester Document Supporter (Support all document that relate with team P.E) Maintain daily 5S in the work area and equipment. Work well with other team members. Understand and work by the HGB Motors philosophy. Other duties as assigned.

I. General Summary: Primary job focus is to operate equipment and tools, assemble vehicles and perform quality checks. The operator is responsible for supporting the company’s mission statement and overall business objectives by living the quality philosophy, following the environmental policy, and actively working to improve production results. II. Essential Job Functions: Follow standard work procedures. Meet production requirements and complete production sheets. Stop, call, & wait for all abnormal conditions. Follow safety procedures and communicate issues with TL (Team Leader)/Production Manager. Perform required quality checks. Participate in a manufacturing system improvement, emphasizing teamwork, safety training and discipline. Utilize Lean Manufacturing techniques to standardize process/methods, identify waste, methodically eliminate waste and standardize the new process/methods. Maintain daily 5S in the work area and equipment. Work well with other team members. Understand and work by the HGB Motors philosophy. Other duties as assigned.
