The IBC currently seeks to employ a Marketing & Communications Officer to support membership services and promote IBC’s events, initiatives, and brand visibility. The IBC therefore invites application from persons who meet the following criteria: Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manage IBC social media platforms (Facebook & LinkedIn) Draft, design and schedule posts for events, speakers, member news and updates Design event posters, invitations and promotional materials (digital & print) Draft and circulate email invitations, newsletters and event reminders Update and maintain the IBC website Maintain and update mailing lists and contact database Support sponsor visibility and branding requirements Assist with event communications before and after events Contribute ideas to increase engagement and event attendance Other communications and tasks as required

The IBC currently seeks to employ a Policy Officer to support membership services and the Government–Private Sector Forum Working Group D on Law, Tax and Governance. This position requires a professional, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the confidence to engage with senior government officials and business leaders. The IBC therefore invites application from persons who meet the following criteria: Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Political Science, Economics or related discipline (Graduates from the Royal University of Law and Economics are strongly encouraged to apply) Fluency in spoken and written Khmer and English Excellent drafting and translation skills (Khmer ↔ English) Strong analytical and research ability, particularly in legal and tax policy Professional demeanor and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders High level of integrity and discretion Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and structured thinking Proficiency in Microsoft Office
