Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors, actively listen to their needs, and provide in-depth, enthusiastic product presentations and test drives. Pipeline Management: Proactively generate leads through calls, networking, and follow-ups. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Vehicle Delivery: Handle the final vehicle delivery, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, and providing a thorough explanation of the car's features and functions. Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on local market trends, competitors' activities, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. Showroom Standard: Ensure display vehicles in the showroom are always clean and professionally presented to uphold the KIA brand image.
Filming: Plan, set up, and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for various shoots. Film high-quality video content, including vehicle showcases, promotional events, customer testimonials, interviews, and social media clips. Ensure all footage is well-composed, correctly exposed, and has clear, high-quality audio. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos that align with KIA's brand guidelines. Add motion graphics, visual effects, titles, music, and sound effects to enhance video content. Perform color grading and audio mixing to ensure a professional final product. Format and export videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, TVCs). Collaboration & Management: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards. Manage and organize all raw footage and completed video projects. Maintain all camera and editing equipment in good working order. Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and techniques
Daily stock update report to GM, Production manager, Finance manager Daily recording customer data by customer booking and delivering, sending the report to the head of each showroom to follow up with sales team to push more delivery vehicles. Analysis sale team performance monthly for order new production base on market and customers pre-booking. Weekly meeting with management team about stock aging, stock slow moment, fast moment Monthly meeting with production plan manager and logistic manager for order production month by month Monitor vehicles and drop email to logistic team for request release the stock from Thai port, Kerry bounded to showroom. Monitor product production and reconcile stock actual for confirm with all SMs put in contract Control the report of customer booking and verify the accurate report of the actual car in stock and incoming to make sure the customer is willing to get their car on time. Daily vehicle checking in morning with PDI Supervisor to make sure the vehicles are fine and ready to deliver or display in showroom, take quick action if the problem has been found Checking/verify VIN & color between the actual and email from logistic team, if everything fine sends the email to Management, finance, accounting and logistic team and in charge of requesting fuel on new car arrival. Work closely with all SM team Corp, Fleet, and branch, for confirm vehicle customer pre booking on the way, and production. Work closely with the PDI team to fully check on new car arrival and inspection, if problem found will be inform to logistic/Stock Ordering team immediately. Keep recording all the vehicles have problems and doing the monthly report to Management. Weekly & Monthly stock report to HQ. Update stock allocation in System for every movement (Porchentong, Meanchey,Roadshow….) Daily confirmation customer delivery in system and push the vehicle to Accounting team, PDI team and Workshop Dept. push line internal charge like floor mat, number plate, full gasoline, UV based on actual invoice. Monthly checking the actual stock with accounting team and verifying with system. Booking transportation for the vehicle move-in or move-out. Select vehicle identification number (VIN) to sale team for delivery to customer base on sales booking. Request car installation accessories to the workshop & spare-part team. Request car PDI to displaying in showroom. Make the contract and vehicle delivery receipt to customers. Request to logistic team to process paying duty tax on vehicle delivery.
