- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial buildings. - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on MEP systems to ensure proper operation. - Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical panels, HVAC units, pumps, and plumbing fixtures. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals for installation and repair work. - Ensure all work complies with safety codes, regulations, and company policies. - Coordinate with other technicians and contractors during installation, maintenance, or repair works. - Prepare and maintain accurate records, including service reports, materials used, and work hours. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and system breakdowns. - Participate in a 24/7 duty roster and on-call rotation with the team to support building operations and emergency response. - Test and commission MEP systems to confirm performance and correct operation. - Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any damage or loss. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Supervise daily MEP works (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) on site to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards. - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions. - Prepare daily and weekly reports for the MEP Manager or Project Manager. - Ensure smooth operation of facilities by monitoring equipment performance, maintenance needs, and staff performance. - Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks are carried out according to approved schedules and task lists, and report additional works required. - Monitor technicians’ daily activities and job completion. - Conduct routine inspections of works completed by technicians and service partners. - Oversee and perform maintenance and repair works when required. - Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive issues and helpdesk requests. - Review work orders, checklists, and other documentation to ensure tasks are completed correctly. - Evaluate staff performance and carry out disciplinary actions when necessary. - Supervise works to ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget. - Inspect ongoing and completed works to confirm standards are met. - Be available on a 24/7 on-call rotation to respond to emergency situations during and after working hours.
