With the longest standing expertise of holistically serving the needs of travelers and partners across Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Fashion and Foodservice, we operate over 4,970 stores in airports, railway stations and other concessions in 51 countries. Our duty-free retail and dining operations at Techo International Airport officially launched on 9 September 2025. Job Context: Works within the Finance department, Collaborates closely with finance, accounting, procurement, IT, and business operations teams. Reports to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). May be involved in financial audit process, internal audit process, custom audit process Main Duties: Design and implement stock count process for duty free stores, fashion stores, restaurants and warehouse, Perform regular physical counts, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory databases to ensure high data accuracy, Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders, Gather and document business requirements for inventory-related projects and system enhancements. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to inventory accounts, Collaborate with IT, master data and finance teams to implement and test new inventory systems or upgrades. Identify inventory control deficiency, design and implement inventory control process to track shrinkage, damage, theft, securing high-value merchandise and ensuring store compliance, Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to inventory, Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and communicate findings. Provide training and support to operation staff on new processes or systems related to inventory.
The Cashier is responsible for carrying out checkout operations in a fast, accurate, and secure manner while delivering a courteous and efficient customer experience. The role requires strict compliance with both company standards and airport security regulations in a high-traffic, international setting. Cash Handling & POS Operations • Process sales transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. • Accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, or foreign currency (if applicable). • Perform cash drawer counts and ensure proper closing at the end of the shift. • Handle refunds, cancellations, and exchanges in accordance with internal procedures. Customer Service • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Answer basic questions about promotions, prices, and store layout. • Direct customers to appropriate staff for product-related inquiries. Procedures & Security Compliance • Strictly adhere to airport badge procedures, ID checks, and security protocols. • Follow currency handling rules and foreign exchange guidelines (if applicable). • Immediately report any discrepancies, suspicious behavior, or POS issues to the supervisor. Operational Support • Assist with restocking and labeling near the checkout area. • Keep the cash counter clean and organized. • Support inventory counts and participate in periodic stock audits if required.
The Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming and advising international customers whilendelivering a premium shopping experience. As a brand ambassador, the associate contribute actively to the store’s sales performance, customer satisfaction, and visual excellence, while complying with the airport’s security and operational procedures. Greet each customer in a warm, personalized, and professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. Drive sales by presenting features, benefits, and product highlights. Build customer loyalty through excellent service and personalized attention. Achieve personal and collective sales targets and KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, average basket size). Take part in in-store promotional activities and commercial events. Represent the brand with pride and consistency in a multicultural environment. Operate the POS system and handle transactions (cash, card, foreign currency if applicable). Apply duty-free procedures and ensure proper tax refund documentation. Ensure accuracy in change handling and follow currency conversion guidelines. Merchandising & Stock Management Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area. Ensure regular restocking and participate in inventory counts. Follow brand visual merchandising standards. Security & Airport Compliance Comply with airport safety and access regulations (badge control, surveillance awareness). Follow internal procedures related to product handling, safety, and hygiene.
Daily Operations & Service Excellence Supervise all daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and atmosphere meet brand expectations. Monitor floor activity and kitchen service to ensure alignment, speed, and quality. Coordinate with kitchen leadership (Head Chef, Pastry Chef) to ensure menu consistency, timely service, and smooth guest flow. Manage opening and closing checklists and ensure all service points are fully operational. Guest Experience & Brand Representation Create a warm, professional, and memorable dining experience for each guest. Handle guest complaints and special requests with empathy, speed, and effectiveness. Promote upselling techniques and service personalization to increase customer loyalty and revenue. Gather and analyze guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and in-person interactions, and implement continuous improvements. Business, Sales & Financial Performance Set and monitor sales targets, control labor costs, food & beverage costs, and track operational KPIs (e.g., revenue per seat/hour, table turnover, net promoter score). Conduct variance analysis between actual and forecasted sales/performance data. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives in collaboration with the commercial or marketing teams. Identify opportunities to improve profitability without compromising guest experience. Team Leadership & People Development Recruit, onboard, and train new staff to ensure alignment with the company’s values, service culture, and standards. Lead, coach, and evaluate the front-of-house team; drive performance, motivation, and internal promotions. Organize daily briefings, team meetings, and monthly performance reviews. Ensure that grooming, behavior, and customer interaction by all staff members consistently reflect the brand identity. Procurement & Inventory Control Collaborate with procurement to monitor supplier quality, pricing, and delivery schedules. Conduct regular inventory checks and supervise waste management. Ensure accurate stock levels and avoid shortages or excess, optimizing storage and shelf life. Compliance, Hygiene & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with local health regulations, food safety protocols, and HACCP guidelines. Conduct routine checks to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate with maintenance and support teams to ensure restaurant infrastructure is safe and functional. Prepare for and respond to audits, inspections, or regulatory checks.
