• Lead and develop architectural concepts from initial design through construction. • Prepare and review 2D architectural drawings, detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents. • Develop high-quality 3D models and architectural visualizations. • Coordinate architectural designs with interior design, structural, MEP, and other consultants. • Review drawings and technical details to ensure accuracy and constructability. • Conduct site visits and coordinate with project managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers. • Monitor construction progress and ensure work follows approved drawings and design specifications. • Identify and resolve design and technical issues during construction. • Prepare material selections, specifications, schedules, and other project documentation. • Communicate effectively with clients and present design concepts and solutions. • Lead and mentor junior architects and designers. • Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines. • Participate in tendering, design development, and project handover when required.
