• Welcome, listen and handle customer’s queries and complaints through face-to-face, phone calls or written communication. • Escalate customer’s queries and complaints to Customer Service Supervisor in case she/he cannot deal with them • Document and track customer issues, complaint and queries on given reporting system • Regularly verify and communication with customers regarding their outstanding invoice by sending email reminder, calling by phone to customer nonpayment or long overdue and visit at their place. • Monitor accounts receivable, billing, collection is accurate update • Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly report to Customer Service Supervisor
Configure, manage, and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Provide Tier 2 level support for Microsoft products include Office 365 suite, Defender, Intune, Entra ID, etc Assist in planning, deploying, and managing Microsoft solutions, including Mail box migration and domain DNS configuration. Configure and monitor security settings, including MFA, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and email security rules. Up to date Microsoft CSP products license model and pricing include O365, Windows Licensing. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Office 365, including email delivery, authentication, and synchronization errors. Configure, deploy, and maintain call center software and hardware systems (ARIA CC and 3CX) Good knowledge in performance of PBX systems, IVR, ACD, and dialers. Diagnose and resolve issues related to telephony, software, and network connectivity. Integrate call center systems with CRM and other business applications if customer required. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and offer tailored solutions. Conduct training sessions or workshops for end-users and administrators. Work closely with IT, operations, and vendor teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Coordinate with service providers for troubleshooting and system updates.
Carrier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international carriers. Sales Development: Identify and target potential carrier customers for ISP services and FOC infrastructure solutions. Contract Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with carriers and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, carrier needs, and competition to develop effective sales strategies. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and seamless service delivery. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets for carrier accounts.
