The Organizational and Fundraising Director (OFD) reports to SSTC’s Board of Directors, or assigned designate. This senior leadership role within the organization is responsible for mission-driven fundraising; providing strategic program oversight and organizational leadership; engaging with the Board of Directors; financial and regulatory oversight and compliance; and leading stakeholder relations and public engagement. The role is suitable for those with at least four years of management or senior leadership experience and at least three years of proven experience in fundraising, donor development or grant acquisition. This position requires a strategic, innovative and adaptable individual who will bring passion to the role, has excellent written and spoken skills in Khmer and English, and has a vision to help carry SSTC forward into a self-sustained Cambodian future. Duties include: Develop and execute SSTC’s fundraising plans to ensure funding of SSTC’s operations, personnel, projects and strategic plans Acquire and cultivate relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporate sponsors, and international partners to sustain funding Lead strategic planning and execution of operating plans Ensure projects and activities are implemented effectively, on schedule, on budget Provide line-management and support for personnel Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors Provide excellent financial stewardship of the organization to ensure financial stability, sustainability and growth Act as the primary spokesperson for SSTC at national and international events, with government ministries, and educational and healthcare institutions. The Engagement and Administrative Officer is a key role for SSTC’s public engagement, partnerships and program work. It is responsible for ensuring strategic, clear communications and engagement with SSTC’s partners, successful fundraising campaigns, and the smooth operations of the organization. This includes implementing communications, social media and fundraising activities; maintaining strong relationships with the organization’s partners; supporting the operations of programs; and general administration to ensure a professional organization. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience within communications, fundraising, or marketing. It requires a creative and detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills, and excellent written and spoken skills in Khmer and English.
