Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments. Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment. Able to teach a variety of subjects. Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies. Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations. Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning. Plan and implement educational activities and events. Evaluate and document students’ progress. Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests. Manage and oversee the aspects of all kitchen sections and other teaching programs in and off the campus, in collaboration with the local culinary instructor team, and the supporting departments at PIE. Works closely with the Dean, to create the curriculum plans based on the academy’s goals, fulfill, and achieve the training objectives of PIE Assists in the planning and execution of the day-to-day operations of the training program, oversees quality of training, and ensures training is implemented within the set budget and time parameters Keeps abreast of industry trends and assist the Dean in ensuring the PIE curriculum is current and meets industry needs and communicate relevant, real-world experiences to the students

Teaching English language to second language students and able to convey information to students in an interesting way. Properly manage classroom by creating a conductive classroom environment making use of a wide range of course books, other materials & variety of audio-visual aids. A strong emphasis should be placed on dialogue and role-playing, but more formal exercises, language games and literature are also used. Planning, preparing, and delivering English lesson plans Designing and producing teaching materials and adapting existing materials, and the aim of these materials is by making each lesson encouraging the students to communicate with each other using structures and vocabulary they have not learnt, and to improve the four basic language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Assessing students' progress by recognizing the different ability of students and to create a lesson content that varies. Support students in their curriculum and other activities with their program. Other assigned tasks and duties by Dean or Head of Culinary.
