Assist in preparing risk management strategies and policies for underwriting, claims, investments, and operational activities. Submit strategies and policies for approval and monitor their implementation. Update the Risk Management Manual and recommend measures to mitigate emerging risks. Ensure compliance with the Risk Management Manual across all departments. Conduct risk assessments to identify underwriting risk, claims risk, investment risk, operational risk, and regulatory risk. Identify risk owners and establish adequate mitigating controls and action plans. Quantify potential financial losses from claims volatility, reserve adequacy, and investment market fluctuations. Monitor and evaluate implementation of controls and action plans. Draft reports with assessments, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement. Prepare monthly risk reports for senior management and the Board of Directors. Periodically review the company’s system of internal controls to ensure effective operations, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with insurance regulations. Assess whether internal controls meet objectives related to risk identification, analysis, and management. Evaluate risks when there are significant changes in products, regulatory requirements, or the company’s risk profile. Identify key issues from internal audit, external audit, and regulatory reports that require capacity building. Develop training programs to strengthen risk awareness and compliance across branches and departments. Participate in periodic reviews of company policies and procedures for underwriting, claims, and investment activities. Recommend changes to improve risk oversight and operational efficiency. Assist in developing tools and processes to control fraud, operational risk, and compliance breaches. Ensure strict adherence to laws and regulations on record retention and data protection. Assist in interviewing, selecting, and on boarding new employees for risk-related roles. Recommend staff development interventions and monitor progress. Continuously evaluate the independence and effectiveness of the company’s risk management function. Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Lead all digital transformation initiatives to ensure full alignment with the company's strategic goals and business objectives. Own and govern the delivery of digital and non-digital projects (plan, coordinate, and manage). Develop project plans, business requirements (BRD), project scopes, functional specifications, timelines, and budgets, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly. Ensure projects comply with regulations and internal policies. Conduct project reviews and recommend continuous improvements opportunities. Integrate digital solutions with existing systems and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Provide creative tech solutions for partners. Stay updated on market trends and develop sales processes to acquire new business. Conduct market surveys and track industry growth and competitors. Develop monthly digital and social media strategies to boost sales. Support other business or non-business projects as assigned.
Generating daily sale appointments for line managers and go for presenting business proposal to potential partners. Running daily sale activities from planning, controlling, meeting, sale follow up and close deal process with the potential partners. Delivering sale performance with line manager to hit company sale target Assisting sale activities, sale training with line manager and managing new sources of business growth from business partners. Support and initiate sale campaign, sale promotion to existing partners to general new source of premium growth Prospecting and listing the potential list of customers or partners segment and set schedule for appointments to present business opportunity and collaboration with the assistance from line manager. Produce daily, weekly and monthly management and presenting the progress Review existing sale activities and proactively develop new sale activities to generate new source of premium growth. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and business partners to ensure consistent and sustainable sales growth. Support business initiatives by reviewing products, services, and customer segments to identify new opportunities and improve overall sales performance. Develop, activate, and manage sales distribution channels such as agencies, and other alternative sources of business. Collect, update, and analyze information about competitors and customers, including feedback and concerns, to support better sales and distribution strategies. Propose and implement promotional campaigns and customer retention activities to maintain competitiveness and strengthen market presence. Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager as required.

Execute sales activities and deliver sales presentations to generate new business and achieve company sales targets. Identify and establish new business partnerships while driving sales productivity across assigned business units. Coach and train Senior Business Partnership Officers and Officers by providing clear guidance, sales direction, and structured sales planning to generate new business and partnership opportunities. Design and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Plan, manage, and monitor sales performance across potential partners and new business sources, including sales tracking and reporting. Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports to support performance monitoring and business growth. Support day-to-day sales operations with both existing partners and prospective business partners. Coordinate the development of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications to ensure consistent and standardized messaging. Initiate and oversee incentive programs and sales campaigns to enhance partnership effectiveness and sales results. Drive partner sales performance by working closely with partners to ensure their teams are well-trained, capable of selling products effectively, and able to clearly communicate terms and conditions to clients. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management, regulators, and key stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
