Configure and troubleshoot provisioning systems for activations, service modifications, and deactivations. Ensure smooth integration between SOAIF, Mediation, and other OSS/BSS platforms. Operational Support & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve prepaid service issues (e.g., failed recharges, balance discrepancies, provisioning delays). Monitor system performance, logs, and alarms to preempt outages. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for root-cause analysis and fixes.
