– Supervise and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to meet and exceed sales goals. – Lead the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets across all doors. – Provide ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. – Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. – Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty. – Ensure that the store is properly merchandised and maintained to reflect the brand image. – Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. – Collaborate with the Brand Managers to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives. – Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. – Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new product launches. – Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business reports, including sales performance, promotion results, and manpower updates. – Monitor stock levels, tester usage, and operational expenses. – Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail guidelines. – Handle staff commission calculate and roster by monthly.
