Ensure full compliance with the Company’s standards, procedures, strategy, roadmap, and HSEQ requirements for Supply and Depot operations. Oversee the importation of main fuels, ensuring smooth logistics processes and effective coordination with all stakeholders operations teams. Monitor and control end‑to‑end logistics costs from supplier to depot, covering product costs, clearance fees, taxes, inspections, loss claims, and other related expenses. Analyse logistics processes and mass balance, and actively support operational efficiency and optimization initiatives. Manage contractors and subcontractors related to main fuels, including contract administration, due diligence, PR/PO processes, invoice verification, and payment follow‑up. Ensure accuracy and completeness of SAP/Lynks transactions related to main fuels, including POs covering all cost components. Ensure imported products comply with all technical, safety, and quality standards, including proper use of dyes and additives. Manage price risk to minimize exposure, optimize logistics costs, and reduce supply lead times. Analyse sales trends, optimize inventory levels, and ensure continuous product availability. Coordinate main‑fuel reconciliations and act as the focal point for resolving issues impacting month‑end closing and reporting. Ensure all procedures, permits, certificates, and contracts related to main fuels remain compliant and up to date. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement action plans and execute management‑defined business strategies. Maintain proper document control and ensure accurate archiving of all related records. Participate in company events and training programs as required. Foster a positive working environment and adhere to the Company’s code of conduct.
• Ensures all projects comply with HSE policy, Group Rules & Standards, Procedures, and local Regulations. • Build safety culture and implement work site safety with all contractors. • Supporting audit for new contractors/existing contractors by working closely with HSE Team. • Provide HSE Monthly report and submit it to HSE Department. • Survey & Design Drawing New Service Station and other related business activities. • Renovate existing station and make it comply with invariant standard. • Consider daily main job such as project schedule, project progress report, project budget spending, technical drawing, technical specification, scope of work, main equipment’s delivery, kick-off meeting, regular site meeting, site supervision, reports, hand-over and project file compilation. • Consider for sustainability action/ implementation for new project and existing sites • Ensure timely project completion report, hand-over and close-out with proper documentation, asset control management and quality of project completion • Support Major Consumer Project and other B2B Business. • Performs other tasks/special projects/from cross functional activities within Operations that may be assigned from time to time.

Defines and manages the retail strategy which cover all businesses in the stations by analyses the environment and the market in which operates to identify opportunities and threats, determine the SFS and non-fuel business opportunities and compliance with the Health/ Safety/ Environment, Safety of property and personal policy. Optimize profitability include franchise fee, rental, minimize loss/gain and other income from stations under the area of responsibilities. Fast track development of SFS businesses. Initiate the marketing and promotional strategy for all sale activities in conjunction with the Marketing department. Have a proper retail segmentation and renovation plan for all stations. Work together and propose to Optimization team to analyze profitability of the stations Create Financial Control and Forecasted P&L. Responsible for Top services, training need at the stations, analyzing overall sales and customer service performance in the territory and identifying potential for improvement at service stations, find out ways and means for improving sales. Visit and work with the Station Manager to ensure sales action plan are in place to address any areas of sales under performance. Ensure general upkeep of the service stations in terms of present-ability, safety and security. Supervise all service stations activities which include sales, customer relationships, stock and accounts. Immediately notify the supervisor in the event of any non-conformity or security related activities. Actively involving and promoting culture of food hygiene awareness and ensuring no food poison at stations under his/her territory Ensure highest and consistent service delivery by station staff in order to differentiate service offer from competitors Conduct competitor price survey and update competitors' activities/promotion in his/her trade area. Ensure all staff under his/her portfolio understand "How to" and implement active selling program. • Plan, implement, monitor, and continually improve Depot Technical Integrity, Maestro Log (or similar), and ONE MAESTRO. • These include but are not limited to acting as the focal person for programs such as the Group HSEQ audits & reports, HSE/Sustainab’ALL, Training Program, HSE-related projects, security Improvement programs, government & community relations programs, and environmental management programs. • Planned, implemented, monitored, and continually reviewed/improved the depot-planned equipment/vehicle maintenance program, including maintenance of critical spare parts. • Control and maintain the stock of critical spare parts. • Overall control maintenance work inside the depot is done by its own staff and contractors. • Control and issue work authorizations and special work permits inside the Depot • Plan/organize the Depot safety meetings and emergency drills. • Overall custodian of HSSE and Technical documents & records • Assist the Depot and Warehouse Manager in developing the individual HSE objectives & performance standards of each Depot's employees. • Support Technical Integrity Leader/Manager of Safety Barrier Gap Analysis, Description of all Safety Barriers, Finalization of all tests of safety barriers, Integration of safety barriers and schedules in MX, Reporting of KPIs and Downgraded Modes (Ramses), Technical Review and Commissioning. • Closely coordinate with affiliate/regional project team regarding facility improvement/expansion to avoid disruption of depot operations as well as project timelines. • Assist Depot and Warehouse Manager to conduct risk assessment and communicate risk with the operators/contractors, then observation on site to ensure the mitigation measures are well implemented • Solve the troubleshooting to keep continuous operation at the depot. • Act as a focal person in implementing 5S within the Depot: operating control room, depot office, dining room, loading gantries, laboratory, and depot yard. • Other tasks are assigned by the Depot and Warehouse Manager.
