Job Summary In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our products and services, connecting with potential customers via outbound and inbound calls to help them access fast, flexible financing solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our product and service including digital lending. Reach out proactively to customers with overdue accounts to offer support and facilitate payment solutions. Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful applications through consultative selling. Understand customer financial needs and recommend the most suitable lending product. Guide customers through the application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to disbursement. Meet and exceed individual sales targets, conversion rates, and call quality KPIs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Follow all regulatory compliance guidelines and responsible lending practices. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
Job Summary The Business Development Manager (Payroll) is responsible for driving new business growth and managing strategic relationships for the company's Payroll product, with a primary focus on garment factories, manufacturing, and large workforce organizations. This role owns the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and client acquisition through onboarding handover while also playing a central role in client retention, relationship management, and ensuring all business development activity is conducted with integrity and free from conflicts of interest. Key Responsibilities Research and identify new business opportunities on True Money’s payroll services– including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets. Generates leads and cold call prospective partners/customers. Ensure effective communication with partners and related stakeholders. Develop understanding of the business products, priorities and objectives of True Money Wallet application and identify marketing and business opportunities to achieve the business growth. Understand the needs of your partners and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those. Liaise and present analysis, proposals & forecasts to strategic partners & related stakeholders to ensure successful partnership. Fluent with customer data analytics to drive product feature usage. Work with Head of Commercial and product team to build product roadmaps to meet customers’ needs to gain competitive advantages. Build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to foster and develop relationships with partners. Have end-to-end responsibility of to develop the business and marketing strategy from ideation to execution. Ensure that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (OKRs) in line with business objectives.

Job Summary The Lead DBA will play a critical role in ensuring efficient database performance, implementing best practices for disaster recovery and backup strategies, and contributing to the technical roadmap and architectural plans for the organization’s database infrastructure with expertise in managing diverse database environments, including Big Data platforms and traditional databases. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business needs. Design databases based on business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance. Design and maintain database objects such as tables, indexes, constraints, and triggers to ensure data integrity and performance. Continuously monitor and optimize database system performance, including query execution time, index usage, and stored procedures. Perform database tuning, index maintenance, and data monitoring to enhance performance. Oversee the full database lifecycle, from implementation to maintenance, ensuring system reliability and availability. Implement disaster recovery and high-availability strategies, including backup/recovery processes, data archiving, and replication. Allocate and optimize physical data storage and ensure efficient query and storage processes.● Coordinate data migrations and upgrades between different systems and platforms. Develop and enforce change control processes for database modifications, ensuring proper testing and documentation. Set up and manage user access control to ensure data security and compliance. Plan, schedule, and document the installation, configuration, and testing of database environments. Provide on-call support for production databases, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution. Assist development teams in optimizing queries, stored procedures, and database design to improve application performance. Define and implement best practices for disaster recovery (DR) and backups. Collaborate with the monitoring team to establish a comprehensive monitoring program, defining metrics and reporting. Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve the database environment through automation and new technology adoption. Patching and configuring databases to follow security guidelines and fix vulnerabilities.
