Job Description Job Title: Supply Planner Assistant Manager Location: Cambodia Main Purpose of the Role The Supply Planner Assistant Manager is responsible for owning end‑to‑end supply planning execution for assigned categories or channels to ensure high customer service, healthy inventory levels, and efficient working capital management. The role translates demand plans into feasible and executable supply plans, proactively manages supply and inventory risks, and supports Supply inputs into the monthly S&OP / IBP process with clear data, scenarios, and follow‑up actions. Key Responsibilities 1. Supply Planning & Execution Own short‑ and mid‑term supply plans aligned with approved demand forecasts. Translate demand into procurement / replenishment plans considering capacity, lead times, and constraints. Ensure optimal stock availability to meet OTIF / Customer Fill Rate (CFR) targets. Proactively identify and resolve supply issues such as shortages, delays, or allocation constraints. 2. Inventory Management Manage inventory health including Days on Hand (DOH), slow‑moving, aging, and obsolete stock. Highlight inventory risks and drive actions such as rebalancing, clearance, or demand shaping with Commercial and Finance teams. Support stock build‑ups for promotions, peak seasons, and product changes, ensuring controlled exposure. 3. S&OP / IBP Support Prepare and provide Supply Planning inputs for the monthly S&OP / IBP cycle. Analyze demand vs supply gaps and identify capacity, inventory, and service risks. Develop supply scenarios and recommend mitigation actions (e.g. stock build, allocation, phasing). Support S&OP discussions with clear data, assumptions, and action proposals. Track and follow up on agreed S&OP actions to ensure execution and closure. 4. Planning Governance & Cross‑Functional Coordination Act as the key interface between Demand Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, and Suppliers. Provide supply visibility, constraints, and recovery plans to stakeholders. Support supply reviews and routine planning meetings. 5. Systems, Data & Reporting Maintain accurate planning data in SAP / planning tools / Excel. Ensure master data such as lead times, MOQ, and safety stock are correctly maintained. Prepare regular reports on service level, inventory, supply risks, and S&OP actions. 6. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and efficiency. Support supply chain transformation and standardization initiatives. Coach or support junior planners (WL1A / WL1B) where applicable. This role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end logistics process, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock movements Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards Analyze logistics performance metrics and drive process improvements Lead and develop the logistics team, ensuring high performance and engagement Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management (typically 5+ years) Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes Experience with logistics systems / ERP tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership and people management experience Preferred Skills Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, FMCG] Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations Continuous improvement or process optimization experience
Develop a "Future-Fit" Distributor Program defining the necessary standards, skills, systems, and structures distributors need to remain competitive and aligned with the company's long-term goals. Lead the identification, pilot, and rollout of new ideas within the distributor operational processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience. Conduct comprehensive capability assessments of current distributors across operational, financial, technical, and human capital dimensions, identifying critical gaps against the "Future-Fit" standard. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics specifically related to capability development and long-term business health (e.g., distributor capability scorecard, adoption of new technology, compatibility of distributor with the business long-term goal). Work with sales and back office teams to integrate distributor capability metrics into the overall Distributor Performance Management and incentive framework.
Next Gen Marketing : Develop comprehensive content and social media strategies that align with overarching business objectives, target audiences, and market trends. Communities + Cohorts Management : set up communities and cohort ecosystem. Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of engaging and persuasive content, including product descriptions, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts. D-commerce Execution: Champion with channel and DCommerce team to build D-comm RTM and assortment to win in social. Social Measurement: Analyze website and social media data, using metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and drive improvements and drive scalable proofs of concept.

The Distributor Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team within a designated territory of distributors. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth, ensure great product distribution, visibility, optimize effective coverage with great territory management and increase market share. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional sales/ business acumen, and a deep understanding of working capital, ROI and operation in the FMCG industry. 1.Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth by translating monthly CD priorities & company strategy into great execution. Set sales targets and objectives for the assigned distributors and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are achieved. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns or issues. Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 4.Territory and Outlet Management: Develop and implement effective outlets coverage (direct & controlled stores), giving clear direction and monitoring to ensure right PJP/ frequency setting in assigned distributors. Build strong fundamentals of sales through FCS (Field Capability Score) KPIs improvement. 5.Sales Reporting and ROI/ Working Capital Analysis: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, promotion plan and reports. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate action plans. Join monthly business review with distributor to identify gap and opportunity, ensure all monthly KPIs are delivered as plan. Support RSMs on distributor ROI data and working capital analysis, to ensure stability of good cash flow management, and healthy profitability.
