- Facilitating smooth business operations and export activities by maintaining strong, professional relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies. - Acting as the primary point of contact for government departments (Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries – MAFF, Department of Forestry, Department of Animal Health, CITES Management Authority, Custom, etc.) - Coordinating with admin team to ensure all applications for export permits, licenses, certificates and trade documents are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and follow up on approval statuses. - Identifying and mapping key government influencers and decision-makers relevant to our operation and export.- Hosting visitors or government officials - Document filing and directory maintenance including all files, reports, letters, memos and other relevant business documents - Assisting managers for Ad Hoc tasks.

- Reviewing and verifying cash balance, preparing cash flow report and forecast accurately and on time. - Completing the posting process to prepare financial statements (Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement). - Developing, implementing and monitoring effective systems for maintaining internal controls in financial recording. - Responsible for full compliance with the Company’s accounts regulations and the application of international accounting standards. - Company Assets Registration and Control - Assisting managers for Ad Hoc tasks. - Performing various tasks including but not limited in inventory management, fixed asset management and assist with audits, and accurately processing paperwork.
