We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in architectural glass and aluminum fabrication. In this role, you will drive sales growth across our primary product lines—including custom doors, windows, mosquito nets, glass partitions, and aluminum kitchen cabinets. You will manage client relationships, lead sales strategies for residential and commercial projects, and work closely with our technical and fabrication teams to deliver tailored solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in residential, commercial, and interior project segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, property developers, and homeowners. Perform site visits, conduct initial measurements, and present technical product solutions (doors, windows, partitions, cabinets, insect screens). Prepare accurate cost estimates, commercial proposals, and quotations based on architectural drawings and client specifications. Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry and negotiation to project delivery and final payment collection. Coordinate with the design, estimation, and production/installation teams to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
● Supervise daily sales operations and ensure the team meets assigned sales targets. ● Coach, support, and monitor sales staff to improve performance and customer service. ● Build strong client relationships and manage leads from inquiry to closing. ● Coordinate with marketing, project, and operations teams on sales activities. ● Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions to improve results. ● Handle customer concerns professionally and support smooth property handover processes.
