Transmission Network Planning & Design: Design transmission networks including fiber, microwave, and IP/MPLS backhaul, calculate link budgets, bandwidth requirements, and path engineering; Implementation & Deployment: Lead installation, commissioning, and integration of transmission equipment. Configure microwave radios, fiber nodes, OLTs/ONUs, switches and routers; Network Operations & Maintenance: Monitor transmission network KPIs and availability, Troubleshoot fiber cuts, microwave outages, interface errors, and routing issues; Capacity & Performance Management: Analyze traffic trends and ensure capacity is optimized, implement upgrades and expansion as required; Documentation & Reporting: Prepare site acceptance documents, test report, and configuration records, maintain updated network topology diagrams and asset lists.

Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives, including long-term financial planning, capital structure optimization, and investment strategies; Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning and analysis, including the preparation of comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis; Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports -Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements- for internal management; Risk Management & Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, and ensure strict adherence to all relevant accounting standards; Cash & Capital Management: Manage organizational cash flow and liquidity, optimize working capital, manage debt financing activities, and evaluate investment opportunities to maximize returns; Operational Efficiency & Cost Control: Collaborate with other department leaders to manage costs, improve profitability per business area, and drive efficiency improvements across the organization; Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, and potentially other administrative teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement; Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory agencies.
Maintain and update the company’s fixed asset register (FAR); Record all asset movements such as purchase, transfer, disposal, and write-off; Tag and label company assets with asset codes/barcodes; Monitor asset location, condition, and custodian information; Conduct periodic asset verification and physical stock-taking; Prepare asset reports (monthly/quarterly/annually) for management and audit; Coordinate with Finance for asset capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation; Handle asset handover documentation for new and resigned employees; Investigate and follow up on lost, damaged, or missing assets; Ensure compliance with company asset management policy and procedures; Support internal and external audits related to company assets; Work with IT/Admin/Procurement teams regarding equipment assignment and tracking; Maintain proper filing (physical & soft copies) of asset documentation.

Network planning and design: responsible for outdoor wireless networks( including 5G NR, 4G LTE, NB-loT, microwave transmission, etc). Pre-planning and detail planning, output network planning scheme. Wireless transmission analysis: use professional simulation tools ( such as Atoll, Planet, U-Net. Etc) to carry out wireless transmission model correction, coverage prediction, capacity analysis and interference analysis. Site Survey and planning-organize or participate in the on-site survey of potential site, evaluate the feasibility of the site and determine the key parameters of the antenna handing height Aith angel downward inclination angle and so on. Frequency and PCI/PRACH planning: Responsible for the frequency planning, code planning ( Such as PCI) and random access channel (PRACH) planning of the network to maximize network performance and minimize interference. Program output audit: output site design drawings, equipment configuration lists and technical specifications, and participate in the audit of the design plan of the cooperative unit. New technology research: Track and study new outdoor network technologies ( such as millimeter waves, drone base station, AI energy saving etc,) and evaluated their application feasibility.
Network testing and data analysis: perform daily DT Road test, etc. Special test tasks. Use road test software, network management system, collect and deeply analyze network performance data (such as KPI, MR, signaling etc.) Problem positioning and optimization: Based on test data and user complaints, quickly locate network problems( such as blind area coverage, weak coverage, interference, switching failure, access failure, dropped call, low speed, etc.) Propose and implement effective radio frequency (RF) optimization and parameter optimization schemes to improve network accessibility, retention and mobility indicators. Write optimization plans and analysis reports Special and collaborative optimization: participate in or be responsible for various special optimization work, interference troubleshooting, capacity improvement, VolTE/VoNR optimization, rate optimization, etc. Participate in the discussion and implementation of multi-system (2G/3G/4G) network collaborative optimization strategies.
