Job Summary Experienced Senior Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for a leading international school in Phnom Penh. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement support for academic and operational needs. Key Responsibilities ● Plan and execute procurement activities for school supplies, services, and operational needs. ● Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure quality, value, and timely delivery. ● Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and maintain accurate procurement records. ● Coordinate with internal teams to forecast needs and ensure smooth supply flow. ● Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and support contract and cost control. ● Ensure procurement processes follow school policies, budget limits, and compliance standards.
2. Key Responsibilities 2.1 Human Resources Management Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems. Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation processes. Oversee employee attendance, leave, and personnel records. Support performance appraisal and employee development programs. Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies. Coordinate staff training and professional development activities. Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analysis. 2.2 Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll coordination, salary administration, and staff benefits. Ensure timely renewal of employment contracts and probation evaluations. Monitor employee insurance, NSSF, and other benefit programs. 2.3 Administration Management Supervise office administration and daily operational support. Oversee office supplies, asset management, and facility maintenance. Manage company vehicles, transportation arrangements, and logistics support. Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and proper working environment. Supervise administrative support staff and outsourced service providers. 2.4 Policy & Compliance Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Maintain proper documentation and confidential employee records. Assist management in organizational policy review and implementation. Support internal audits and compliance checks. 2.5 Leadership & Reporting Lead and supervise HR & Admin team members. Prepare monthly HR and administration reports for management. Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.

1. Academic Leadership & Curriculum Management: Oversee teaching and learning across all subjects in the campus. Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum execution, and assessment preparation. Develop, update, and maintain mid-term and final exams, term planners, and unit guides. Evaluate teacher performance and provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring. Recommend professional development and action plans for teachers based on performance and campus needs. 2. Student Well-being & Development: Support the Campus Principal in implementing initiatives to promote students’ academic, social, emotional, and physical well-being. Monitor student engagement, behavior, and performance; recommend interventions as needed. Coordinate student surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up actions. 3. Collaboration & Alignment: Work technically with regional coordinators (RSWC, RCPC, RNPC, RIPC) to align campus-level practices with regional and school-wide standards. Provide timely reports, updates, and documentation to regional and campus leadership. Coordinate academic programs, teacher training, and professional development initiatives with regional offices. 4. Administrative & Operational Support: Prepare teaching schedules, materials, and checklists for academic programs. Maintain accurate teacher profiles and records of evaluations, observations, and development plans. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and pre-service training of new teachers. Support Campus Principal in implementing policy, procedures, and curriculum initiatives. 5. Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in teaching effectiveness and academic programs; propose solutions and follow up implementation. Support teachers in achieving curriculum goals, certifications, and program endorsements. Facilitate campus-wide initiatives to ensure academic excellence and a thriving learning environment.
