Job Summary
Join SSL FMCG Company Limited as an Area Sales Supervisor in Battambang to lead field sales execution, grow market coverage, and support distributor performance. You will help drive sales targets, improve store visibility, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily sales activities across assigned routes and ensure target achievement.
● Coach and support sales teams to improve performance, discipline, and customer coverage.
● Monitor distributor operations, stock levels, and product availability in the market.
● Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key trade partners.
● Track sales results, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
● Ensure proper execution of promotions, merchandising, and company sales policies.
● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, issues, and action plans for management.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
● Experience in FMCG, distribution, or trade sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
● Strong leadership, coaching, and team coordination skills.
● Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
● Able to analyze sales data, market trends, and execution gaps.
● Familiar with retail coverage, route management, and distributor operations.
● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
● Willing to be based in Battambang and travel frequently within the assigned area.
