• To assist in loading and unloading of products /materials with forklifts.
• To verify the accuracy of products/materials received and issued.
• To monitor and/or perform quality control checks as per instructions.
• To do stock count of products/materials accurately at required interval.
• To ensure the practice of FIFO for all issued materials/products.
• To check the availability of finished goods to fulfill the sales forecast.
• To visually ensure the quality of trucks and loaded finished products, and make sure all trucks are covered properly with qualified tent.
• To manually receive, issue, and transfer products/materials accurately with correct documents.
• To perform some basic operations in SAP relating to warehouse operations.
• To strive to minimize all waste.
• To initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to improve warehouse/logistic operations.
• To ensure good maintenance of all warehouse equipment and tools, including forklifts.
• To initiate, assist, supervise and/or do cleaning and housekeeping of warehouses, stores, yards, and rubbish area.
• To ensure forklifts are checked and cleaned on a daily basis.
• To always work in a safe manner, following the safety rules and instructions and common sense.
• To take actions to prevent others from working in an unsafe manner.
• To work effectively to meet the ISO requirements for Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System and Environmental Management System. 
• To do other tasks as required by superiors.

• Bachelor Degree of Business or relevant fields
• Experience in Warehouse Operation is preferred, esp. in manufacturing industry
• Designated to work in shift, sometimes during weekend/holidays
• Able to drive forklift
• Able to do manual work
• Able to do basis quality control
• Intermediate English Language
