Analyze current workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in operational processes.
Design, document, and implement improved processes using standard frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline merchant, customer, or internal team journeys.
Work with Product, Tech, or IT teams to scope and support implementation of system tools or process automation.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features or tools before rollout.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on operational needs.
Use data analysis (basic SQL, Excel, dashboards) to identify performance bottlenecks or recurring issues.
Prepare reports or insights to support decision-making by Operations or Leadership teams.
Serve as a bridge between operations, product, tech, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Train internal teams on updated processes, tools, and SOPs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in operations, process design, or system implementation.
Strong understanding of process mapping tools and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with workflow or project management platforms
Proficient in Excel familiarity with or tools is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
