  • Support Clients and the supervisor to make contracts
  • Support Clients and the supervisor to endorse contracts
  • Support the supervisor to create documents
  • Provide administrative, interpretation and translation support to supervisor
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Facilitate communication between Japanese Executive Officer and local teams
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure smooth office operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Japanese Language (English is a plus)
  • Good communication ability to build up the relationship between Japanese companies, with supervisor
  • Good interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in executive support or administration is a plus
