• Bachelor's degree / Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record shipping and scaling production systems
• Strong understanding of system architecture, security, and scalability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading engineering teams in a startup or fast-growing company
